Get fit with a 45 minute workout designed to help you get back into shape and calm the mind that you can bring baby along to! The class is designed for Mum's (and Dad's) to move and sweat and if you need to stop and look after baby that's ok too. Bring your own mat. All levels welcome, £6, Booking essential.

  • Note - babies MUST be pre-walking, please wait at least 9 weeks after birth to commence these classes

Body Clock Yoga Flow

It can take a few days for our body to adjust to an hour's change. Our internal clock becomes out of sync and we can feel detached, tired and run down, a bit like when you get off a long flight. Join us for a special 75 minute class designed to revive and rejuvenate the mind and body. Expect a grounding slow flow class with candles, aromatherapy, an extended relaxing savasana and a short meditation that will help rebalance our circadian rhythm and help us feel more energised and connected with the season!

In September 15-17th I'll be teaching at a beautiful intimate retreat in the Basque country with the amazing Kat Webster. Kat originally from the UK now runs two successful yoga studios La Casa Del Yoga in Bilbao and runs her stunning retreats throughout the year in Spain and Greece. We have teamed up with Moko from 10 Cable Street again to give you Yoga + Plant based breakfast. Start the morning with 60 minute yoga session beginning with a mindful Vinyasa Flow yoga class especially designed to invigorate and refresh.

Breakfast
After the session we will sit down together and have a delicious bowl of homemade overnight oats. Packed with so much goodness including protein, fiber, potassium and magnesium. And we'll get you to top it all with fresh fruits and other seasonal scrummy toppings : ) Water and teas provided.
