Get fit with a 45 minute workout designed to help you get back into shape and calm the mind that you can bring baby along to! The class is designed for Mum's (and Dad's) to move and sweat and if you need to stop and look after baby that's ok too. Bring your own mat. All levels welcome, £6, Booking essential.

  • Note - babies MUST be pre-walking, please wait at least 9 weeks after birth to commence these classes
