Body Clock Yoga Flow

It can take a few days for our body to adjust to an hour's change. Our internal clock becomes out of sync and we can feel detached, tired and run down, a bit like when you get off a long flight. Join us for a special 75 minute class designed to revive and rejuvenate the mind and body. Expect a grounding slow flow class with candles, aromatherapy, an extended relaxing savasana and a short meditation that will help rebalance our circadian rhythm and help us feel more energised and connected with the season!
