We have teamed up with Moko from 10 Cable Street again to give you Yoga + Plant based breakfast. Start the morning with 60 minute yoga session beginning with a mindful Vinyasa Flow yoga class especially designed to invigorate and refresh.
After the session we will sit down together and have a yummy bowl of homemade granola packed with many nutrients! We'll top them with seasonal fruits, this is made even better with a special visit from Mylkman of East London to treat us with their delicious nut based milks! Limited Space!!
